Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) is one of the leading oil and gas companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan, developing the Tengiz and Korolev fields. The license area, covering approximately 2,500 square kilometers, includes the Tengiz field, one of the largest in the world, with productive formations at depths of approximately 4,000 meters and significant hydrocarbon reserves.

TCO is a joint venture between Chevron, ExxonMobil, KazMunayGas NC JSC, and LUKOIL. The Company has been operating in Kazakhstan since 1993 and is one of the country's largest oil operators.

TCO's activities are of strategic importance for the development of the energy sector and the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and cover the full range of production processes — from production to processing of hydrocarbon raw materials and provision of infrastructure.

Information about the partnership between Tengizchevroil LLP and West Dala LLP

West Dala LLP has been cooperating with TCO since 2008, providing services for the integrated management of production and consumption waste.

The partnership is secured by a general contracting agreement and covers TCO's main production facilities, as well as the project's contractors. Over the years of cooperation, an effective system of interaction has been established, based on strict adherence to industrial safety requirements, environmental responsibility, and the Partner's corporate standards.

Project Development:

2008 – beginning of cooperation on integrated waste management.

2016–2024 – a framework agreement was signed for services for the collection, transportation, and processing of production and consumption waste.

2019–2025 – providing of waste management services for the Future Growth Project and Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP/WPMP) at the Tengiz field until project completion. The Company was awarded a silver medal for its contribution to the FGP project.

2020–2021 – during the period of quarantine restrictions, West Dala LLP provided additional personnel to maintain the continuity of TCO production processes.

2021 – beginning of annual cooperation during turnarounds of the KTL and SGP plants, which confirms the high level of trust and professional competence of the Company.

2021 2024 – providing of services for the processing of construction and demolition waste generated at TCO production sites at the production facility of Prorva Waste Management Complex.

2022, 2024 – providing of services for separation of oil sludge and automated cleaning of tanks using the non-entry system method.

2023 – a contract was signed for the lease and maintenance of sanitary and domestic modules, the supply of industrial water, and the maintenance of septic systems, including FGP facilities.

2024 – TCO signed a Master Contract for waste management services. This contract included services previously provided under separate agreements. contracts. In During the emergency situation related to floods in the Atyrau region, TCO was provided with specialized machinery and equipment.

To support projects at the Tengiz field, the Company has built and commissioned the Tengiz and Prorva waste management facilities, which utilize modern waste processing technologies. The Company has specialized machinery and equipment, including high-capacity vacuum trucks, bunker trucks, garbage trucks, water trucks, containers of various sizes, and all-season sanitary and amenity modules, enabling it to efficiently handle complex tasks.

West Dala LLP provides its professional services both directly to TCO and to project contractors, ensuring the stability of production processes and the environmental safety of facilities.

TCO conducts an annual CHESM (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System) audit of all contractors in Tengiz.
