National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark Special Economic Zone in the Atyrau region was established by Decree No. 495 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2007, for the period until December 31, 2032. The special economic zone was created to develop the Atyrau region by attracting investment and creating highly efficient, including high-tech and competitive, industries, and mastering the production of new types of products.
Information about the partnership between the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark Special Economic Zone and West Dala LLP
Since 2018, West Dala LLP has been cooperating with participants of the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark Special Economic Zone, providing services for the integrated management of industrial and consumer wastes.
The Company provides a full range of services, including waste collection, transportation, acceptance, storage, and recycling, ensuring environmental safety and compliance with industrial safety requirements at all stages of project implementation — from construction to operation.
As production capacity expands within the National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark Special Economic Zone, West Dala LLP is prepared to expand its range of services, implementing modern waste management technologies and adhering to sustainable development principles.
Completed projects and stages of cooperation with
Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. (KPI)
- 2018 — cooperation with the general contractor CNCEC and subcontracting organizations (ELAMAN GROUP LLP, KAZTURBOREMONT LLP, etc.).
- 2023 — maintenance of the Integrated Gas Chemical Complex (IGCC), including KPI LLP, the SGS Kazakhstan LLP laboratory and contractors.
Karabatan Utility Solutions LLP (KUS)
- 2019 — cooperation with contracting organizations of the general contractor during construction (Bazis Construction LLP).
- During operation – maintenance of the combined cycle gas turbine power plant and water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities.
Silleno
- 2025 – cooperation during the construction of the plant with general contractors Técnicas Reunidas and Technimont, as well as with contractors and subcontractors (CNCEC, WDC, InterTasco, EuSS, etc.).
- Currently, issues of interaction at the stage of industrial operation of the enterprise are being worked out.
