This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.
The evening opened with welcoming remarks from the company’s founder, Tolegen Balgimbayev, and General Director Kairat Salakhadenov. Founded in 2005, the company specializing in integrated waste management has grown into a reputable and recognized market player. Today, West Dala boasts a team of highly qualified professionals, its own production facilities, and numerous successfully completed projects across the Western region, along with the status of a Leader in industrial waste management.
The invited guests also highlighted the company’s accomplishments during the celebration. A representative of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Minister, while company employees received letters of appreciation for their active involvement in state projects. Aizhan Ryskulova, Deputy Executive Director of the KazWaste Association, presented a symbolic protective talisman and noted that West Dala is the first company in the industry to implement the ESG approach and follow sustainable development principles. A representative of the Atyrau city administration read a congratulatory letter from the Akim, emphasizing the company’s active participation in the “Taza Kazakhstan” initiatives.
But the greatest reward is your trust. Thank you for solving environmental challenges with us for 20 years and contributing to the development of the waste management industry! Together, we are making Kazakhstan cleaner!
