West Dala LLP celebrates 800 LTI-Free Days and Wins “Best Initiative” Award from NCOC

In April 2025, West Dala LLP achieved a major milestone — 800 consecutive days without a Lost Time Injury (LTI). This achievement coincided with the celebration of the World Safety Day and was dedicated to the company’s 20th anniversary. As part of its ongoing commitment to promoting a strong safety culture, improving accountability, workplace discipline, and company’s and contractor’s employee’s engagement, the Industrial Safety and Labor protection Department, with full support from senior management successfully implemented the Safety Month – 2025 Program.

The program’s outcomes were highly praised by the company’s key partner, NCOC. Following a competitive contest among business partners, West Dala LLP was recognized as the winner in the “Best Initiative in Promoting Safety Culture” nomination as part of NCOC Safety Month – 2025.


The company was awarded a Certificate of Recognition and presented with a commemorative gift for its significant contribution to the promotion of a safety culture and its strong commitment to the principles of Goal Zero. This recognition became a symbolic and meaningful gift in honor of West Dala LLP’s 20th anniversary, further reaffirming the company’s effective, systematic approach to occupational and industrial safety.

West Dala has become a new member of the Italian–Kazakh Trade Association (ACIK).

Based on the results of the most recent CHESM assessment (Contractor Health, Environment, Safety, and Management System), conducted by its Strategic Partner Tengizchevroil LLP, West Dala has successfully confirmed its high-performance level and achieved the highest rating — Grade A (96%).

For the third consecutive year, West Dala has been conducting the assessment of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the international standard (GHG Protocol) and the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the regulation of greenhouse gas emissions.

On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.
