CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS

Every working day we interact with work colleagues, partners, and other people. How do we do this? Do we show respect, follow certain rules of communication and business etiquette? Each of us has our own ideas about the norms of behavior at work, but it is important that they align with the Company's Code of Business Ethics. This document was approved in West Dala in 2023 as part of the ESG transformation and is posted on the corporate website.

Among the principles included in the Code of Business Ethics are respect for colleagues, business partners, suppliers, and clients; observance of human rights, equal opportunities, and prevention of discrimination; ensuring safety and health protection; compliance with legislation; conflict of interest prevention; protection of personal data and confidential information; rejection of gifts and other signs of special attention that may put the receiving party in a dependent position.

All West Dala employees are required to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Code of Business Ethics, and it is also the responsibility of company employees to report any violations of the Code of Business Ethics to their immediate supervisor or any other authorized individual in the company they trust, as well as through the contacts of the Hotline of the Human Resources and Labor Relations Department (phone: +7 7122 309009, ext. 4211, email: wd.hr@westdala.kz).

The company does not allow any measures to be taken against an employee who conscientiously reported a potential violation of the Code of Business Ethics. Adhering to all principles is important for building harmonious, safe, and comfortable conditions in the work environment.
