EARTH HOUR

On March 25, WEST DALA joined the most massive environmental action «Earth Hour», which is held worldwide on the initiative of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). In 2023, «Earth Hour» in Kazakhstan is timed to the theme of the importance of preserving the country’s nature.

For exactly an hour, from 20.30 to 21.30, electricity was turned off at the facilities of WMF, Integrated Landfill for waste treatment and disposal, «Prorva» WMF, «Uzen» WMF, «Koshanai» WMF to participate in the Earth Hour campaign. Such a symbolic action is a kind of ecological call for respect for nature. All people are responsible for the problems associated with the littering of the planet. Let’s change our habits to save the environment!

This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.

West Dala LLP congratulated its distinguished employees in the Mangystau region on their 20-year service anniversary. Invited employees from Uzen WMF, Koshanai WMF, the Bautino Project and the Aktau office were awarded honorary medals, commemorative gifts and letters of appreciation.

Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) held a Business Partners Forum on the Contractors' Health, Environmental and Safety Management System (CHESM). Business partners of the company gathered at TCO's Headquarter to share experiences in achieving Zero Incidents and to discuss issues of safety, labor protection, health and the environmental protection of Contractors.

West Dala celebrated its 20th anniversary by honoring its distinguished employees who laid the foundation of the company and made a significant contribution to the production processes of numerous waste-management projects in the western region of the country.
