"EcoTech 2016"

Conference 2016, was deduced to the development of Kazakhstan “Green economy”. The program included three sessions:

  • “Green economy”: experience Kazakhstan. Problems and prospects;
  • Practical realization of the principle of extended obligations for Kazakhstan produces and importers;
  • “Kazakhstan’s experience in industrial waste management: Problems and prospects.

Abisheva; North Caspian Operating Company N.V.(NCOC N.V.); Tengizchevroil, LLP; Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.; Ozenmunaygaz, JSC; Maten Petroleum, LLP and many others.

West Dala, LLP made a presentation for the subject: “Prospects for the development of industrial waste management”.

Roundtable of Kazakhstan Association of waste management “KazWaste” was dedicated to: “Problems of cooperation between mineral resources companies and waste management companies“.

A lecture on “Waste Management and Spill Response” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov University. Environmental specialists from West Dala — Ainagul Sagiyeva and Islam Sagynbayev — conducted an engaging session with students, highlighting the key principles of environmentally responsible waste management. The focus was on modern approaches to safe disposal, reducing environmental impact, and the role of business in building a sustainable environment.

The “Innovative Ideas” competition was held in the Atyrau Region to support talented youth and develop their scientific research and inventive potential. Specialists from West Dala — environmental engineer Aigul Sagiyeva and chief technologist Minara Massalimova — were invited to serve as members of the jury.
