ENBEK ZHOLY – 2025

The Chief Technologist of West Dala, young specialist Minara Masalimova, became the winner of the “Enbek Zholy – 2025” competition in the category “Best Young Production Worker” at the district level of Atyrau Region. At the end of October, the Akim of Makhambet District officially congratulated Minara on her well-deserved victory. The West Dala team expresses gratitude to Minara for her professionalism, responsibility, and contribution to the company’s development. On the eve of the New Year, West Dala congratulated 570 children in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions. Children from the Foundation for the Support of Children with Disabilities, the Berkan Brain Center, the Yuri Gagarin School, as well as children from the Almaly rural district, Tupkaragan, Makat, Makhambet, and Kyzylkogha districts, received New Year's gifts and a festive atmosphere.

West Dala joined the United Nations Global Compact — the world’s largest international initiative for sustainable development and corporate social responsibility — in 2023.

This year, West Dala held a series of events dedicated to its 20th anniversary. However, no anniversary is complete without a proper celebration, so on December 5, at our business evening, we celebrated the company’s milestone together with colleagues, partners, and clients who have shared this journey with us. Around 100 guests gathered at the N. U. Balgimbayev Communication Development Center to reflect on how it all began and to honor our achievements.
