INCENTIVE

In October, at "Tengiz" WMF, West Dala Management rewarded employees for high HSE performance during mobilization of the oil sludge separation project. All those who participated in the implementation of the project received certificates of honors and memorable gifts on behalf of Mr. Salakhadenov K., General Director of the company.

The event was attended by Mr. Duisebayev B., Head of West Dala HSE Department, and Mr. Markov A., Project Site Manager, who, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the employees for their participation in the project implementation and all-round support.

At the beginning of autumn, our employees took part in clean-up events organized by the Department of Ecology of Atyrau. As part of the initiatives, the team helped clean and improve the riverside areas along the Zhaiyk River in the Koktem and Zhymysker microdistricts.

Supporting Education - Investing in the Future. As part of its Social Responsibility Programme, West Dala LLP has provided educational grants to students of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

West Dala Supports Children as Part of the “Road to School” Campaign. Ahead of the new school year, West Dala provided financial support to children from low-income and families in need in the form of gift certificates to the “Detsky Mir” children’s store.
