At the end of December, a meeting was held on the part of our Client TCO regarding Incident and Injury Free (IIF) for the implementation of TCF Demolition project in 2023.

At the meeting, the achievements of West Dala employees in terms of commitment to IIF and compliance with occupational safety regulations were recognized. At the conclusion of the meeting, the following West Dala employees received gifts and certificates on behalf of TCO: Ainabek Badeshov, Press Operator; Yuliya Guzikova, Technical staff; Serikbol Khaineshov, Aslan Kamenov, Arman Kabeshov, Alizhan Abishev, Myrzabek Azhgaliyev, Arkhimed Nazarov, Tilek Baimurziyev, Kuandyk Zhumakhanov, Duman Aitkaliyev, Sorting technicians; Mukhambet Imangaliyev and Nurlybek Alpai, Loader operators; Nurkhan Sybanov, HES Supervisor; Kanat Aidarkhanov, Environmental Engineer; Yerkebulan Mukhambetov, Mechanical technician; Nurbol Nietkaliyev, Electrical mechanic; Nurgul Gubaidullina, Nurse and Zhandos Zhubayev, Weight controller.

"This result would not have been possible without the teamwork and hard work of every employee. We are finishing this year with excellent results and will continue to implement the project at the appropriate level," said Abay Nurmakhamet, West Dala's HSE Manager.

From 20:30 to 21:30, the Earth Hour International Environmental Action took place to draw attention to the need for a responsible attitude to nature and the resources of the planet. This year, Earth Hour in Kazakhstan is dedicated to the theme of nature conservation in the country.

The warmth of this month helped strengthen social ties and energize them for new beginnings after the winter.

West Dala took part in a community clean-up event in the Tupkaragan District of the Mangystau Region, organized as part of the instruction of the President of Kazakhstan and the nationwide environmental campaign Taza Kazkahstan.

In honor of Nauryz, West Dala prepared and delivered food baskets to the Atyrau Society of Persons with Disabilities. This year, a small assistance was provided to 8 elderly people with disabilities.
