Last Saturday, the West Dala team at Tengiz held a team-building event for team unity and to promote the Culture of Safe Work (CSW). This is a long-awaited event, because of the coronavirus pandemic, a similar team-building event was held at Tengiz three years ago.

TCO representatives and West Dala headquarters management were invited to the event and gave a welcoming speech. On behalf of the company management, Dias Kiyasovich Khabiev and Viktor Andreevich Kysykov thanked all employees for their safe and productive work and wished to continue working at a high level. Guests from TCO - Yerlan Yeshmagambetov, Albina Kunashova and Dina Imasheva expressed their gratitude to the West Dala Team for the invitation and also noted the importance of TCOs in the project and everyday life.

The solemn part of the team-building event was the awarding of the company's most distinguished employees for their contribution to CSW’s development and safety, which was led by Project Site Manager Andrey Markov and HSE Manager Medet Akhmetzhanov. Our colleagues received diplomas and souvenirs from the company: Abay Makanov (bus driver), Asylbek Nurtazin (minibus driver), Daulet Sariev (truck driver), Gulzira Turgambayeva (cleaning specialist), Orynkul Rayymbayeva (cleaning specialist), Aibek Zhumagaliyev (plumber), Aslan Bekenov (electrician), Bauyrzhan Magzumov (HSE specialist), Altynbek Sataev (PC coordinator).
