In our company works employees whose experience in West Dala exceeds 17 years. Among such employees is Assyl Temirtasova. Over the years, she has grown to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. According to colleagues, Assyl Temirtasova is an attentive, sensitive person, attuned to solving employees' issues. Thanks to these qualities, she professionally coped with the mission of a Representative of employees under a Collective Agreement from 2008 to 2019. Assyl Temirtasova constantly improves her competencies and is an example for young employees.

At the beginning of autumn, our employees took part in clean-up events organized by the Department of Ecology of Atyrau. As part of the initiatives, the team helped clean and improve the riverside areas along the Zhaiyk River in the Koktem and Zhymysker microdistricts.

Supporting Education - Investing in the Future. As part of its Social Responsibility Programme, West Dala LLP has provided educational grants to students of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

West Dala Supports Children as Part of the “Road to School” Campaign. Ahead of the new school year, West Dala provided financial support to children from low-income and families in need in the form of gift certificates to the “Detsky Mir” children’s store.
