VI Uralsk Green Forum

VI Uralsk Green Forum, organized by Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) together with the West Kazakhstan Oblast Akimat was held on Uralsk. Representatives of West Dala took an active part in the sessions to discuss the possibility of applying ESG principles for the sustainable development of regions, improve waste management and application of NPT in practice. The forum created a dialogue platform for major corporations, such as KPO, government agencies, WKO Akimat, SMEs and citizens to discuss plans, ideas, and business development in the context of the transition to green energy.

"It's important for us to be the leaders, and we're among those who are promoting discussions about how business can be more environmentally friendly, sustainable, and generate energy transition initiatives," said Giancarlo Ruiu, General Director of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating, at the forum.

It is important to note that West Dala has been working with KPO since 2011. The partnership has a specific format within the framework of providing solutions for individual waste and wastewater. KPO, like all international operators, has a clear waste management system, which contributes to the sustainable development of the region.

West Dala appreciates and supports all KPO initiatives aimed at improving the environment and transitioning to Green Energy.
