West Dala at TCO

The West Dala team continues to share the good news from the facility at TCO FGP.

In the April news release of Tengizchevroil, West Dala was featured in a material on the QALQALAY (How’s it going) blitz campaign. Such an event helps to get to know your colleagues better as they work side by side for 12 hours over 28 days. "Thanks to the positive energy of CSW (Culture of Safe Work) champion Gulmira Shakirova, who conducted the blitz-campaign, everyone was charged with a good mood and motivated to get to know each other better," - the article says.

At a recent meeting, Tengizchevroil cited the West Dala team as one of the companies with a high level of compliance in mobilizing/deactivating, downloading training, access and timely training of its employees according to Kazakhstani law and TCO procedures.

West Dala continues to train its workers despite the difficult period of the pandemic and severe restrictive measures. We thank the employees, especially the workforce, for successful completion of all courses and taking a responsible approach to the training process, as well as to all managers at Tengiz. Special thanks to the IT specialists at Tengiz and Atyrau and to the WMF staff who make the process of online trainings possible.
